Terms of Service

Last updated 4 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Choir, a private content tool operated by GTM Fabric. By signing in, or by opening a review link we have sent you, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Choir.

1. Who may use Choir

Choir is invitation-only and is not open to the public. There are two ways in. Members are people a GTM Fabric administrator has invited, who sign in with the Google account matching their invited email address. Reviewers are people we send a private link to so they can read and decide on a single post, without an account.

You must not share your access. Review links are private capability links: anyone holding one can see that post, so treat them like a password and do not forward them.

2. What Choir does

Choir is a workflow tool for drafting, reviewing, approving and recording LinkedIn posts. It has no connection to LinkedIn and does not post anything anywhere. Publishing is a manual act: a person copies approved text into LinkedIn from their own account, and Choir records that it happened. Nothing you write in Choir becomes public because of Choir.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You grant GTM Fabric the permission needed to store, display and process it in order to run the service for you and your colleagues.

You are responsible for what you submit. Do not upload content you have no right to use, and do not upload personal data about other people beyond what the work requires.

4. AI-assisted drafting

Choir can generate draft text using Anthropic's Claude models. Generated drafts are suggestions, not finished work. They can be wrong, out of date, or unintentionally similar to existing material. Every post passes through human review and approval before it can be published, and the person who publishes is responsible for its accuracy and for any claim it makes. Do not paste anything into a drafting prompt that must not leave our processors.

5. Publishing to LinkedIn

When you publish a post from your own LinkedIn profile you do so as yourself, under LinkedIn's terms, and you are responsible for complying with them. Approval inside Choir is an internal editorial step. It is not legal, compliance or regulatory sign-off, and it does not transfer responsibility for the post to GTM Fabric.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access posts, threads or workspaces you were not given access to.
  • Do not probe, scan or interfere with the service, or try to work around its access controls or rate limits.
  • Do not use Choir to store or send unlawful, defamatory, harassing or infringing material.
  • Do not use it to publish anything misleading about a real person or organisation.
  • Do not automate access, scrape the service, or resell it.

7. Confidentiality

Choir contains unpublished commercial material, including client work and internal commentary. If you are a reviewer, treat everything you see through a review link as confidential and use it only to give your decision on that post. Internal and external comment threads are separate by design, and content in the internal thread is not shared with reviewers.

8. Availability and changes

Choir is an internal tool provided as-is. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may end your access at any time, for example when you leave the team or a project finishes. Review links expire on their own.

9. No warranty and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Choir is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GTM Fabric is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or loss of data arising from your use of Choir. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GTM Fabric is established, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
